Making a Purchase
This could not be any easier. Browse our shop, and click on the item you wish to purchase and put it in your shopping basket. When you are happy with your purchase(s), click on "Checkout". You will be asked a few questions which are required to process your order. It is as simple as that.
If purchasing more than one identical item, please enter the quantity in the box at checkout and update your shopping cart to register the amount....thanks.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order. Buy as much or as little as you like. Offers on some items for larger orders. *Please note - Where there are offers to buy and receive one free or a free gift. Just order as normal and the items will be added to your order automatically. Also if the free gift is out of stock or sold out we will replace it with a similar item. Unless you are prepared to wait in the case of it being out of stock.*
Availability
We endeavour to stock ample supplies of each product. Sometimes we run out of stock on popular items. If this is the case you will be given the choice to re-order when the item is available or a refund. Any queries please email us.
Payment Methods
We currently accept payments by credit card or bank account through Paypal (this is a secure site). You will be able to register with Paypal through the link if you like, there is no obligation to register...your cards are accepted without registering. It is straight forward, Free to join and easy to do, it only takes a few minutes. Your credit/debit card will only show Paypal as payee with no reference to your purchase.
Payments also with bank Transfer - Please select payment by cheque at checkout and add a message. We will contact you with bank details, payments also accepted Cheque or Postal Order. Orders will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.
We also accept payments via Google checkout, please email as we did have this option on the website but it was not picking up the shipping costs, so we have removed it for the time being.
